Dr. Babu G Sajjan holds LLB, MSW, Ph D and has 27 years of experience in the development sector, on vulnerable groups, including women and children. His focused areas are water, sanitation and waste management. He has worked as a project officer with Samaj Parivartan Samuday (SPS) Dharwad on watershed development projects. He has also worked for the DANIDA assisted Rural Drinking Water Supply and Sanitation project in Chitradurga District. Later he has worked with the Zilla Panchayat Gulbarga (Now Kalaburgi) as a District coordinator for the Total Sanitation Campaign and coordinated the activities with the NGOs and community based organizations. He has been resource person on solid waste management, rain water harvesting, water quality testing and total sanitation campaigns in Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme, Biodiversity and Bioenergy programs in Karnataka.

He has experience in conducting the various training programs in the field. He has been in charge of the accounting section of the organization. Saishree N Utagi completed a B.Com LLM and has expertise in the legal field. As a youngster, she has been actively participating in the organization's programs. She has been given an opportunity to join the board as she is very keen towards social welfare.

Vimala S Handigola holds a B.Sc M Ed. She started her career as a teacher in a private school at Hubballi and later joined as a science teacher at the government high school Vijaypur. Her honest work has reached her up to science subject inspector in the education department. She is well-versed in speeches on science-related subjects with reference to its application in the field. She has been associated with the organization for the past 3 years with reference to groundwater development and renewable energy programs.

He has completed a BA, and LLB and has been practicing as an advocate in District Court Vijaypur.
